Gasherbrum I, also known as Hidden Peak, proudly stands at 8,080 meters (26,509 feet) in the Karakoram Range, near K2 along the Pakistan-China border. This majestic peak holds the title of the 11th highest mountain globally, captivating climbers with its challenging ascent and breathtaking beauty. Named "Hidden Peak" due to its discreet location within the Gasherbrum massif, it offers a formidable climb marked by steep slopes and icy conditions. The first successful ascent occurred in 1958 by an American team, marking a significant achievement in high-altitude mountaineering. Services Include
Liaison with Ministry of Tourism in Islamabad for climbing permit process, providing measurements of the appointed Liaison officer for his prescribed kit.
Process of import/export permit from ministry of tourism.
Clearance of cargo before arrival of the team and its storage.
Assistance upon arrival/departure. Official Briefing/Debriefing.
Hotel accommodation in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Chilas and Skardu.
All meals during trek and at B.C. as per itinerary. Porterage of 75 kg per person of expedition equipment and high altitude food etc. to the B.C. and 50 kg per person on return from BC.
Road transfers between airport/hotel and within city as per itinerary.
Sleeping tents, mattresses, mess, kitchen and toilet tent with tables/field stools and camping ground fees. Kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, fuel and related community gear.
Wages and basic kit of guide, sirdar, cook and assistant(s).

1. Booking and Reservation:

- All bookings and reservations must be made through our authorized channels, including our website, official agents, or directly through our office. - To secure a booking, a deposit or half payment may be required, depending on the nature of the trip. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund policy:

At Hassan Sadpara Treks and Tours, we aim to provide our clients with memorable and seamless experiences for our clients. However, we understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Timeline:

- Clients may cancel their trip or expedition up to one month before the scheduled start of documentation without incurring any cancellation fees. - After this one-month period and up to the start of documentation, cancellations will not be accepted, except in the case of a natural disaster or emergency situation that prevents the client from participating in the trip. - Cancellations made within one month (30 days) after the advance payment, which constitutes 30% of the total cost of the trip, will not be eligible for a refund, except in the case of a natural disaster or emergency situation. - In the event of a natural disaster, medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients must provide documentation or proof of the situation to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the trip. - If a cancellation is permitted based on the criteria outlined above, eligible clients will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment (which is 30% of the total trip cost), minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Hassan Sadpara Treks and Tours in preparation for the trip. - Clients must provide documentation or proof of the situation to be eligible for the partial refund.

Refund Process:

- Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment and may take days/weeks/months to reflect in the client's account.

- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow travelers, guides, staff, and locals. - Discriminatory or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

7. Travel Documentation:

- It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other necessary travel documents required for their destination. - Hassan Sadpara Treks and Tours can provide assistance and guidance regarding visa applications and other documentation upon request.
