Masherbrum 7,821 meters (25,659 feet)

Details

Masherbrum, soaring to a height of 7,821 meters (25,659 feet), graces the Karakoram Range with its majestic presence. Also known as "Queen of Peaks," it stands as the 22nd highest mountain globally, located in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. With its pyramid-shaped summit and impressive icefalls, Masherbrum offers a challenging ascent for mountaineers, demanding both technical expertise and perseverance. Situated in the heart of the Karakoram, Masherbrum provides breathtaking vistas of neighboring giants, including the iconic K2. Its sheer walls and complex terrain make it a coveted destination for those seeking a formidable climbing adventure. The allure of Masherbrum lies not only in its imposing height but also in the pristine, remote wilderness that surrounds it, making the journey to its summit a test of both skill and endurance. This regal peak, often overshadowed by its renowned neighbors, remains a hidden gem for those who dare to explore the untamed beauty of the Karakoram.
